Shipping Info

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders $25 and over. Orders under our minimum ship for $6.99!

Shipping is done Monday - Friday. We aim to ship your items within 3 business days. Sometimes when we have big order days it can take a little longer so please show my team some grace. You will receive an email with tracking when your order is being prepared, please note it will ship next business day. We want you to have orders in your hands within 10 business days but hopefully much sooner!

The post office has to scan your package as it travels to you but we all know sometimes they don't and that is out of my control. If for whatever reason you don't receive your package after it has left the warehouse, contact USPS to file a claim then please email me or contact me and we will work out replacements or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase is made so please make sure your info is correct and you are sure about you order!  

We now offer Sezzle! Buy now, pay later. It's like layaway but you don't have to wait to get your items! Minimum purchase amount of $75 required. 0% interest.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at sunflowerlacebtq@gmail.com with order number and items you wish to return and I will send instructions. Last Chance items, sample sale items, accessories, shoes, and undergarments are not eligible for return. Do not send back items without contacting me first.

How long do I have to return?

Unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise may be returned if post marked within 14 days from the actual date you received it, according to your tracking number.

How do I ship back? 

After getting approval when contacting us, you can ship back USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You are responsible for return shipping. We kindly ask you provide us with a tracking number. If you items are deemed returnable, you will be emailed a giftcard for store credit.

Can I exchange my item for another size? 

    Because our inventory is always changing, we cannot offer exchanges. Once your return is made if the size you want is still       available, you can purchase it with your store credit. You can choose to use your store credit right away or hold on to it for         up to 60 days.
